Policies of service.

• A 24-hour notice is required to cancel or reschedule your session. If you fail to provide this notice, the full service amount or the full redemption value of gift cards or vouchers will be charged.

• For NO SHOW appointments, where clients either forget or intentionally miss their appointment, the full service price will be charged and a invoice will be sent, or the full redemption of gift cards or pre-purchased vouchers will be collected. After a NO SHOW, clients will be charged a $25 fee and will not be able to book any future appointments until the fee is paid in full.

Late Arrivals: Please arrive on time. Late arrivals may result in a shortened session to accommodate other scheduled clients. If you arrive 15 minutes or more after your appointment time, you may be asked to reschedule to ensure you receive full service.

Gift Card/Voucher Redemption: Redemption of gift cards or vouchers is required at the time of scheduling to secure your appointment. A voucher will display as redeemed on clients end. This does not indicate that a refund will not be available if you choose to do so at any moment before the 24hr time frame of your session. A partial refund will be provided if there are any sessions remaining from package deals.

  • Refunds: All refunds for services or products purchased through Groupon must be processed directly through Groupon. The Glow Up Spot LLC is unable to issue refunds or make any changes from our end. Please contact Groupon customer service for assistance with your refund request.

  • Consent Forms: Every client must submit consent forms prior to each session for any service provided by The Glow Up Spot LLC. If you have not received a consent form 24hr prior to your session, please send a text to 602-790-4606 and we will be happy to send on your way. You may also submit a request through the “Contact Us” option on the main page.
